With the new forum software it has been decided that email addresses from Yahoo and Gmail will be taken out of the ban list on a trial basis. If we are flooded with spammers from either of these addresses again they will be returned to the ban list.

For those of you who wish to switch over, feel free. If your email address is with either of these two providers and we end up banning them again, worry not, you will still receive emails. My forum account is attached to a gmail address.

When updating my account information at one point, I tried to change my email address, and after screwing up the password, it banned my email address. I guess this means I can try to fix that now.

That's awesome; I really hope it works out. Gmail and Yahoo are such big providers, and who likes to proliferate email addresses ?? But I like spammers even less so the whole thing has been understandable. I applaud the Admins' willingness to try this out again. Seventeen cheers.
