How-To Articles Glitch?

I was browsing the How-To Articles, trying to find the article for Wall Offsets that DNL had linked to in a MOC of his a while back, and couldn't find it on those pages.
My question is; am I totally blind and missing something obvious, or is this a glitch/error?

Or are you guys just trying to keep all the really interesting articles hidden from me? :wink:

I couldn't find it either when I wanted to link to it, but i knew Architect had linked to it in his post about his shell keep, so i found it that way.
