What is the longest time that activating an account can take, because my brother signed up some time ago and his account hasn't been activated yet?

Note: This isn't a complaint, my brother just wants to check that there hasn't been a problem with his account, because he wants to enter the Battles Contest. (It says "If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator" and we weren't sure how to go about doing that)

Sorry. Any delay just comes down to the fact that we've been busy. I've hardly even read the forum lately. I've just gone through and accepted any pending memberships. If your brother is still not activated have him try again.
