Post Count / Title & Article Submission Guidelines

Hi, two questions:

Is there a list showing which forum titles you get for which post counts? I believe there was one somewhere, but I have not had much luck in finding it.

I'm looking for it so I can plan ahead. I was ready to post an archer minifig for my icon while my title was archer, and then it changed to Journeyman on me. *sigh*

Also, are there article submission guidelines available somewhere? If not, could somebody... you know, make them available?

In the Administrative Forum (this one

) there is a thread entitled CC-titles. It is a very lengthy thread, now locked, but somewhere in it it contains a list of what titles come with what post counts.

As far as they are currently known.

I know nothing about submission guidelines, so I'll let someone else answer that.
