Someone's hacked FBTB!

Someone hacked our forums and stuff's being deleted left and right! Prob. not, but can someone with PHPbb expertise help?

That's because they were running phpbb 2.0.6 and not the current 2.0.11. <points to bottom of this page>

Does anyone know? He could come here next. He just deleted the FBTBFORUMS.net leaving I HATE HACKERS in his wake. I suggest to any moderators reading this to report the news to the admins. Security may be better here, who knows. I'm scared for the community. Now we need to band together.

Admins are aware and are actively working to prevent a similar occurance here.

It's probably under control now, because it was most likely Ace (the admin) who wrote 'i hate hackers'. He doesn't use capitalization.

Throw everyone off the scent. I'm trying to find out just what happened, if it was a joke by the webmaster, and what is going on to stop all this stuff. I'll report all information that is viable as soon as I get it.

I have contacted the FBTB admins to find out what happened. Once I determine what has actually happened I will take the necessary steps to prevent it from happening here.

In the mean time, a current backup of the entire forum has been made to an offsite location, so dataloss would be minimal should we have problems here.
