Beautiful frontpage! Hilarious too! I love the look of it. Classic Space sets have SUCH a nice feel to them.

I wasn't fooled. Sorta.

When I went to the home page, I saw the space stuff, but I wasn't too concered. I mean, with the Christmas, Valentine, St. Patricks, and Halloween looks it wasn't too surprising. Then I thought, why the heck space?! So I went to this thread and found out that today is April Fool's day. I really need to remember that.

Dan

On a side note: This is my one thousandth, one hundreth, eleventh post. One, One, One, One. 1,111!!!!! What a number. :P

Actually, It was I who made such lovely graphics. Credit does go to Anthony for the button size/coding that CC usually has.

I am glad that many of you enjoyed this changee

Well done and very creative. Had me for a sec while the page was loading. Thought CC got hacked again.

Pretty sad that it looks like more time was spent on the CC April Fool's joke than was spent on the actual Classic Space site. Sad for the Spacers that is...

Tis a most impressive way to remember this day. Now lets hope that is the only trick that gets played.

Very good job Anthony & Ben.

hehehe I second that.

I was taken in pretty well, until I realized what day it is. My first thought was that it was a hack, and a pretty clever one at that (I figured at least the hackers didnt do any damage) :D

Then I saw the thread here and realized I DID get taken in because I thought hackers april fooled us (I wouldnt put anything past spacers. :D) and it turns out to be the admins all along.

What a great joke. You admins pulled this off so well, It's much better than BZP's KimPower. I was dissappointed to see that Classic-space and FBTB (no, I'm not a member of either, I followed the links) didn't change their themes for April first!

We should really have April fool's day more often. :D

I was going to post a warning yesterday, but decided to let the damage fall where it may. :D

I checked the site, like everyone else, and I was taken in. I thought it was real, I got very depressed. I didn't realize it was an April Fool joke until now.

So all you Admins, just ignore all the emails I've been sending all day...

I've been to the site a few times since I first posted this morning, and though obviously I'm already well aware of the trick, one thing remains a minor annoyance: The buttons on the right are switched around. Normally, I click on the forum button without even thinking about it before the image is even loaded. Now, I click where it's supposed to be and I'm brought to the chat.
Minor and persistent frustration: That's what makes a great April Fools Day prank.
