I think there is an error also. Everytime I join in chat, the other guy quits. Maybe there is a glitch?
I go on every once in a while, I see one person on, but when I join, he quits immediately.

I believe this error you speak of (I've encountered it too) happens when the user exits the chat window without logging out, so the list will still show someone online until it's refreshed (When you enter.)
