Hellz yez the Matrix. ;)

I know I've seen a few Matrix MOC's around. Maybe I'll do a search.

It's probably too mature a theme for TLC to ever indulge in, but it's a great theme and a great epic story.

An overwhelmning no vote. I wouldn't be into it. I thought the movies were fair, at best. And its a little too esoteric for a toy.

Meh, sometimes its entertaining, at least the fight scenes. But other than that, I wouldn't buy them, besides for the cool hair and faces with sunglasses.

The best thing you can hope for is that Lego produces more of the PARTS you need to create your custom theme. So name those parts! It's a win-win situation for everyone.

Hoses and tubes. various windshields and curved/domed shapes. Some minifig accessories in different useful colors. Etc..

My vote is obvious: NO :). I didn't find any part of the trilogy that interesting. Also the Matrix fad is over; it wouldn't bring that much cash in. And I'd rather not see any more licenses.

Given the amount of violence in the movies I would seriously doubt it. An intriguing idea, though...

'nother Matrix MOC
In addition to the reasons listed above, I don't think The Matrix has enough distinctive vehicles to make a successful theme. I mean, there's cars, motorcycles, helicopters, trucks--but all of them fairly generic. Then besides the mechs, there's not really any small or medium size vehicles in the "outside the matrix" part. The hoverships are probably too big for sets.
