Unofficial PAB Castle Poll

Looks like quivers are being added to pick-a-brick. A bunch of new pieces have been added, now there are 1496 pieces. They dont have pics up of the new pieces but under Category: "FIGURE, ACCESSORIES FOR THE UPPER AND LOWER PART" they have a quiver listed for $.35! It is hard to tell what other castle pieces are without pics, but there is also a Beard for Mini Figure, and several new minifig torsos, new legs not pictured yet. Dwarves perhaps?

It's to bad I just ordered 15 quivers on bricklink for $.75 a pop yesterday.

I voted for shields, since not only do they seem to be in short supply in the sets, but they are harder to substitute for. If you don't have enough halberds to kit out your whole army or fill all the weapon racks in your MOC, you can use plain battleaxes or spears or pikes to make up the difference. If you don't have enough shields, though, your footsoldiers go unprotected and your battlements stay undecorated.

You could always build some sheilds for your army. Though admittedly, brick-built shields won't look as nice as decorative elements.

Too bad euro armor was wiped off, and i'd love to see colth head covering, any of what exists, ie the SW one or classic peasants', doesn't mind.
I have enough shields to equip my men for now (except black falcons'), but I may like to get blank triangular ones off PAB to customize or if I get much more men without weapons in a near future. Well, there are many ways to brick build some, with 2x2 round plate, 16mm parabol, or even soadsigns, with, say, a technic pneumatic T to make a handle
Seems that prices got lower recently, perhaps when switching to LDD v3.
