I moved this thread to Dear Lego because it is speculation about future sets, rather than discussion of actual sets.

Well here is what I speculate, the Elves when they show up,will have woodland sets because the map shows them in a woodland setting, the trolls will most likly still be the villians along with their leader the Evil Wizard( the Wizard is their leader because of what the poster of the Trolls shows)the skeletons might be allied with the Trolls and Dragons, the Elves,Knights, and Dwarves will be allied because their all on the Kings side of the map,and the Knights and Dwarves all ready have an alliance.

I would not mind a woodland fortress for the elves as well as a ship for any of the good forces. I am actually really hoping the elves to be forester like in living in the woods as I really liked the look of the classic forestmen series. It will be fun to see how it comes out.

I'd like a smaller one than the troll warship. Maybe bigger than the skellie ship. In castle it seems the baddies have gotten the lions share of ships lately. In the old days at least they spread them out. I had some cool naval battles after the Sea Serpent came out.

I was really sad to see the viking line had one huge ship and one small one but nothing in between. I never really got the huge number of siege engines for vikings as they were not known for them but still think they are cool lobbing missles all over the place!

A good guy ship would be excellent. A small medieval cog loaded with Crown Knights and a square shield. If I were designing it, the ship could be built out of brown boat hull pieces ( http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/47404 ) with towers & crenelations at the bow and aft. A brown, dark blue, and gold color scheme would look nice.

Ben,

That’s a good idea. I really think that would make a nice sized ship. In my mind I can more or less see it. Perhaps with the new dark blue color contrasted with gray.

I have been trying to acquire all the types of hull pieces but have failed to get a hold of that size yet. Have you been able to make any boats with them? I was curious as the top seems to have a lip while the three smaller hull sizes are all solid along the edge. Does this present a problem? I really wish Lego would go back to using more of the traditional hull pieces. I really like the hull pieces use in the Viking voyager and the sea serpent. Good times.

An elven ship with white Viking hulls would be great. Especially with a brick-built or bioniclish swan head!

a new mold for the front and back would be awesome. like the pirate molds except more castley. I'm getting sick of the same exact ends of ships.

I am getting sick of the molded hulls to be honest. I remember the first ones I saw for pirate were nice and awesome etc. I have 4 of the pirate ships and really like them. But after a time they seem so limited. In the old days you actually built the hulls. With molded ones, they look nice but you cannot do much with them. With the brick built hulls you can change them to your hearts content and build various things.
