The Disney company would be hypocritical to go after a toy company for using a Governor and his daughter in a pirate toy. This story has been in pirate films at least since 1935's Captain Blood. But there is a slight problem. Unless I'm much less mistaken, The Skulls Eye Schooner is more dangerous. It can point all four of its canons on one side. The Black Seas Barracuda can't. At least I think.
Unless of course you picked the Barracuda just because you think it's cooler.

The Skull's Eye Schooner is great, but it still almost looks like it's made out of Mega Bloks next to the Black Seas Barracuda.

. I'd like to see some small pirate ships too, like the Renegade Runner. And a realistic pirate island, not a sunken ship island or a junkyard one. An island with a beach, palm trees and a cavern; or is that asking too much?

I never bothered with the Red Beard Runner when it came out, even as a Legend. The BSB, though - I bought one Legend (should have bought more!). I would love to get a Skull's Eye Schooner, too!

I guess it all depends on your preference, Though I agree with you on the point of a small Renegade Runner type ship. I was able to get the Cross bone Clipper, but it doesn't quite live up to the other ships.
