Leg Printing

Postby Remyth » Thu Jan 22, 2009 11:42 pm

Dear LEGO:

I love that printing is appearing on all sorts of legs now. Just about every theme has at least one set of printed legs and I think that that is great! Please continue with this!

Thanks,
Thomas Wunz <><

I'm of two minds about this one. I too really love the printed legs, but at the same time they reduce the reusability of the leg element. One might be hard-pressed working an Agents leg assembly into a castle MOC (not saying it's impossible ;)). But I really welcome the added details we have been seeing in minifigs recently, so I shouldn't complain.

As an aside, I'd like to see that... I don't recall seeing a 'seed part challenge' in quite awhile.

I agree- the recent ones to accompany the Wizards have been brilliant, and the Castaway Pirate is an excellent inclusion.

Like fleshies though, I seriously hope this stays as an alternative rather than becoming the norm, for the reason Aaron mentioned.

I could not agree more. However, printed legs are definitely useful!

I'm not overly fond of the printed legs, because if the figure isn't just standing with his legs straight, they tend to look funny...
