Not to be harsh, but I don't want Lego butchering one of my favorite pastimes. I, and many others, are very involved in Lego DnD over in the Flickr group and real life. I think this is best left to those most qualified to handle it, us, the geeky builders! :)

Wonder if Heroica will make it into Systems and become Lego D&D.

I would be glad to see new Castle sets that included things like the "Elf Forest" and "Halfling Homes" but why should we pay the 30% premium so they can have corporate artwork on the boxes?

Indeed. LEGO has had a medieval line since 1978 and just a few years ago had a Castle series with a strong fantasy theme complete with dwarves, orcs, skeletons, dragons, and trolls. Other themes and collectible minifigures have provided a variety of other monster type characters to use in a fantasy setting. Goblins, Zombies, Vampires, Mummies, Werewolves, Elves, Gnomes, and more. That's not to say it wouldn't be nice to see more of some of these things, but I don't think there is any reason for it to be licensed.
