Hi ppl.

I'll start by saying that i havent found any (recent) post about the tille i wrote. Sorry in advance if there is one already.

Well, getting where i want to get!!! lol

We all have knigdoms and older sub-theme female minifigs that have a slope for legs.
What brought me here is requesting that LEGO allows to be bought online and in future sets. My opinion is that Lego removes the slope piece and replace it with normal legs and gives the skirt avaiable in the star wars set 7676 - Republic Attack Gunship the item in that set is http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=61198.

Hope to ear from you guys, everyone opinion counts.

I prefer the slope skirt to the cloth skirt, the slope feels more "lego" and less.. "doll".

I agree, but I would like to see a new slope brick that is the same hight as normal minifig legs.

I have been wishing that LEGO would make a slope equal to minifig legs ever since they started using the slopes. Not that I have anything against tall women per say, it just looks weird to have every female with a dress taller than their pants wearing male counterparts.

Well, in my opinion, the slope brick is the best for the minifigs, because is Lego. But, i'm not agree that normal minigifs look a little bit smaller than those who uses the slope brick (also for bishops, kings, queens and other characters). I think the must be a special slope brick that fits a standard minifig's height (unless we want diversity).

The second option is to made a skirt (I did one for the tennis player) with fabric, paper or other materials you want, by the same way the capes are made.

Whatever is good :) is lego decide to produce skirts, then ok. :)

I really would like a piece that goes between the short legs and the torso for a "short" skirt. You can kind of do it with two 1x1 bricks, but then you get a very tall female minifig.

I'd also like a lego skirt piece that wasn't a normal lego, with leg prongs so it stays on the torso better. The torso pops off too easily in the current set up.

I like the slope piece better, a cloth skirt, it would dosen`t look like a skirt and it dosen`look lego enough. They could always improve the slop piece :spin:

I like the slope skirt better, and I just give my men shoes, a 1x1 plate under each leg to compensate the length. It makes the figures a little less deformed as well.
