I think we mentioned that helmet before (in another discussion?). It is my favorite helmet of all time. I just love everything about it.

More food items would be awesome! I would really like to see more vegetables, as well as a great big bone-in ham!

More goats and chickens would be a huge thing as well. And SHEEP! I want SHEEP!!

As for the "we aren't their target market" discussion, why do we care about that in this thread? This thread is about "things I'd like", regardless of how plausible they are, or the reasoning behind them. If I'd like a purple dragon, then who cares if it's plausible or not? If I'd like a massive 3,500 piece castle with no panels that is geared toward builders who are 16+, then can't we just leave it at that? 8)

Exactly :sly: There is a thing called "Actual audience", and that is us.
I'd like to see a well. Add a peasant, goat, and some type of menacing creature of fig hiding in it for some action. We really do need more animals and less catapults. Make an effort on modular buildings as well. A bunch of small sets can make for a great market place.

I completely agree with everything you just said. We want more sources of farm animals! And yes, for a while I've wanted a UCS castle with no panels and at least 2000 pieces and the new rubber tipped spear galore!

I think you guys are thinking of Playmobil... Kidding. More food items would be great, but at what point does lego stop being a building toy and become a miniature play set? Perhaps a discussion for another thread.

As for a UCS castle, I wonder if TLG or custom company could go the kickstarter route and submit a set with all the pieces and weapons that a lot of AFOLs would like, and if enough people committed then it would get built. The CUUSOO model seems flawed as it dosen't encourage risk (and arguably isn't aimed at producing AFOL sets, but future AFOL gateway' sets).

Anyway I'm dangerously off topic, so I'll just say: wave 2 - I'd like to see a (decent plastic quality) crown/lions vs dragons chess set, and battle packs (seem to accompany 2nd waves judging by previous themes).
Less talking, more MOCing.

Playmobils' brilliant, andhe! Seriously!
On topic now, I would love to see a castle with no panels. It's the sort of thing I'd try hard to save up for, which I find difficult to do with the current sets as I don't really feel like I'm missing out on something brilliant.

100% agree on the old bullet helmet, one of my favourites as a kid.

And as much as I loved it when the old pointed flip visor helmet made a return i'm starting to get sick of them. I must have near 60 of them now which looks really silly. Not bagging the piece, it's one of the best out there i'm just saying it loses it's unique appeal when you have so many of them.

Also on the topic of headgear, why after all this time do we not have a coif piece? I know a few heads have printing but it's just not the same.

Aldo more small village sets, like maybe a villager on a cart getting raided or a small shop. Hate it when I have to buy a $100 set just to get a couple villager figures
