Lego Vikings!

Post by The Brick Lord »

Wouldn't it be awesome if they made Lego vikings?! I think that would be great! I once made a Viking fortress, and it was awesome! Legos are perfectly suited to it! What do you think?

Hi Brick Lord and welcome to Classic-Castle.

This topic does not belong in LEGO Castle Sets forum because it is only for discussion of existing official Castle Sets. Discussions about types of sets which you would like LEGO to make belongs in the "Dear LEGO" section. I will move this topic there. Please read our Terms of Service:

http://www.classic-castle.com/tos.html

and make sure to post in the correct places. Thanks!

One always wonders why a company based in Denmark hasn't added Vikings. Not quite castle? Not enough building opportunities? Continuously curving longships without a straight line except the spars completely unsuited for LEGO? Maybe one day...

Until then we can only dream. Right now, KK2 is on Lego's mind. Don't get me wrong, I like KK2 a lot, but I'd still love a Viking Longboat, complete with a Kraken. 8)

Ooohhh... that would be sweet... and very easy to merge with castle!

They could actually make some viking kinda sets fairly easy... They have all the weapons needed, only two or three different helmet and torso designs are needed. And of course a fancy way to build longboats...
They could also do some viking fortress sorrounded bu a hill with wooden palisades! And we could have them make brown beards! Awesome! :D
I doubt it that they will make viking themes in the near future, but it would still be great!

I would defently love to have vikings. But PlayMoblie has made vikings recently.
They could make a brand new faction of knights for the vikings to terrorize.
