I would have to agree with most of the others. I think that more ladies would be nice. I mean, about half of the worlds population is women, but in the Lego world, it is only about 5% if that.
I would really like more tan-haired faces too. We have tan hair, but we can only use faces without hair on them...

Of course more ladies. You can't even make a proper fig of a woman of colour!
(Second being the glasses, etc thingy. The cool heads just get ruined by technology pasted all over them.)

I'd like to see more 'emotion' heads. Remember that 'scared' head, with the guy shivering and sweating? That's got to be one of the most widely used heads around here, and rightly so - it adds a sense of realism, showing a relatively average guy who's genuinely afraid. It makes the Lego seem real - it can contain our own emotions too. It also connects us with the MOC - it is a fact that war is horrible and terrifying, so I get a bit annoyed when I see hundreds of soldiers in a terrible battle all with big smiles .

Even as much as I like the classic smiley, I find that I have more of them than I could ever use. I would like to see TLG make more expressions. It'd be cool if they were in the same style as the classic smiley, maybe just change the mouth in various ways to show emotion. Heads with expressions are great for vignettes, as vigs are often humorous and need some sort of reaction from the minifig(s) involved. That being said, I had already voted for the classic smiley before I thought it through.

Ladies! Monsters! Lady Monsters!
Expressions are important, but we ought to be able to all get what we want. The only danger is seeing very outlandish face designs that don't work well with the existing ones. Just avoid that, Lego.
Is everyone okay with the double-face prints??
