Ok, am I the only one who wants the great chrome sword in grey/dkgrey/black? I mean, I need one for my William Wallace minifig.

There have been some great ideas put forth here. Let me second some of them.

Beards: We need more then just white and grey. brown/orange/black/tan/dkgrey/red/

Everything in plain colors: blank shields and armors in the usual grey/dkgrey/black Especially those octogon shields which haven't been made plain yet.

The KKII helmets in normal colors (grey/dkgrey/black) especially rascus's. It's the coolest one.

Jedi hoods in more colors like green for forestmen.

Daggers: grey/dkgrey/black

Hairs in more colors: Especailly the girl hairs- dumbeldore and leia brown/orange/black/tan/dkgrey/red/

Foods: Lot of foods, Turkeys in brown would be good. As would breadstick in brown. Cherries in purple and blue (if they have dark purple then I could have black berries)

That's what I want. Now I just have to figure out it could fit into an accessory pack. Maybe I'll come back and edit.
Let us stop for a moment and ponder the signiture...

Ok, enough of that!

I'm curious as to whether anybody else likes pearl silver/grey elements (ie, the Viking Swords, Spears etc). It seems that most people have a preference for bley elements. So, does anybody actually like the pearl silver colour weapons we've been seeing?

Later.

I think this issue needs a new thread, at general I think.

I like it so-so, depends on the color combination. A white knight fits with it, while a soldier looks a little too extravagant, I think. I prefer standard grey weapons and armor, but I cant say a pearlish armor or helmet would be wrong.

One I want most of all....

Different colored beards...brown especially.

It would be nice to see black and brown beards in this pack.

I like the idea of an animal pack.

For lego, it could be a cross-genre seller---

city themes- create a zoo or aquarium, or household pets, or seashore....

Harry Potter- every student needs a pet, and Hogwarts lake could be filled with all sorts of things

Castle, and Vikings: castle denizens, things to attack boats or inhabit abandoned castles....

Land Animal pack:
1: cat- crouching
1: cat- standing
2: Dog / Grim
1: monkey
4: rat
1: rat,standing aka Scabbers
6: scorpions in various colors
1: snail
4: snakes in various colors
6: spiders in carious colors

Air animal pack:
4: bat
6: bird-parrot/falcon in multiple colors / painting
3: butterfly
4: ladybug
3: owl

Sea animal pack:
6: clam
2: crab
4: Frog
3: jellyfish
2: manta ray
1: octopus
1: sawfish
1: shark
4: starfish
Water sleeps.

As for animal packs, I would strongly urge LEGO to create a whole new system series with jungle/wilderness (with some familiar animals). It would be good for attracting more female lego users, landscapers, and vignette fans... *I should probably post my ideas on this elsewhere*
I'm curious as to whether anybody else likes pearl silver/grey elements (ie, the Viking Swords, Spears etc). It seems that most people have a preference for bley elements. So, does anybody actually like the pearl silver colour weapons we've been seeing?
I think pearl silver might be a good revisit for the lance, or the classic broad sword, though items which have studs on their facings such as the old round shield, or helmets in general, may not be so good because of the looseness that comes from using that type of plastic. Armor could also be nice in pearl silver, but suggesting that, it might take up too many slots in an accessories pack for my liking when you could revisit the KK2 armor in more earthy colors.

This was a real challenge to narrow down on, but I hope I did a good job. I tried to include items that others were suggesting, though I ended up not having room for beards or knives.

1x Orange Plumewheel
1x Purple Plumewheel
1x Black Dragon Plumewheel (or Pearl Silver/Pearl Gold!!)
2x Red Forestmens Hat
3x Dark Bley Helmet (for use with visor)
2x Sand Red Pointed Visor
1x Black Rascus Visor
2x Reddish Brown Cowl
1x Green Jedi Hood
2x Dark Green Castle Helmet with Chinguard (old archer helmet)
2x Sand Red Armor Breastplate with Leg Protection
2x Tan Quiver
2x Dark Tan Bow
2x Pearl Gold Axe (standard 'halberd' axe)
2x White Halberd Elaborate
2x Pearl Silver Classic Sword
2x Pearl Gold Rectangular (KK2/Roman Tallshield)
2x Black Round Shield (Old Style)
2x Orange Wave Flag
2x Purple Wave Flag

If I had the chance, I'd add black and tan beards, green plumes, dark red broad brimmed hats (crossbowmen), silver pearl jayko visor, green d-basket, light bley dragon crown top helmet, pearl silver ovoid shields, and maybe some classic shields such as forestmen, fright knight, and perhaps LEGO could do an axe faction shield for once??

I made it a point to include purple and orange flags and plumes, since we really need a broader spectrum of color in order to expand on user created factions.

Hiya there,

I'm glad this is happening! I've missed these accessory packs so much! Please make many many many of them Lego!

This list may be updated and/or edited by me later:
(Note: I know there aren't supposed to be any mixed themes, but I need an armor/weapons pack filled with the stuff--whether it is technically"Ninja" or "Viking"--for my collection.)

Samurai armor (black) x 2
KK 2 Armor (dark bluish-gray) x 2
Spanish Armada armor (black) x 2
Regular short sword (black) x 1
KK 2 sword (old dark gray) x 1
Great sword (old dark gray) x 1
Spear (speckle black-and-silver) x 2
Halberd (dark bluish-gray) x 2
Regular Axe (reddish-brown) x 1
Fabuland axe (black) x 1
Viking axehead (black) x 1
Viking axehead (dark bluish-gray) x 1
Short axe pole (black) x 1
Long axe pole/umbrella pole (black) x 1
Ornate pike w/ side blades (black) x 1
Crossbow (black) x 1
Bow (reddish-brown) x 1
Quiver (reddish brown) x 1
Viking Shield x 2
Viking shield handle x 2
Oval shield x 2
Triangular shield x 2
KK 2 shield x 2
Bat helmet (dark bluish-gray) x 1
Helmet with neckguard (dark bluish-gray) x 1
Helmet with straight neckguard and face hole (light bluish-gray) x 1
Helmet with grille (old dark grey) x 1
Dragon helmet (dark bluish-gray) x 1
Dragon and dragon wings helmet insert wheel (new blue used for flag piece in set #8873) x 1
KK 1 warhat (black) x 1
Shadow Knight helmet (old light gray) x 1
Vladek helmet (light bluish-gray) x 1
Santis helmet (light bluish-gray) x 1
Rascus helmet (old light gray) x 1
Jayko helmet (old dark gray) x 1
Danju helmet (dark bluish-gray) x 1
Pointed visor helmet (dark bluish-grey) x 1

I know very well that I have exceeded my limit very much, but I need all of these and cannot choose what to get rid of! Perhaps Lego could make a helmet pack, a weapon pack, an armor pack, and then a miscellaneous pack with the pitchfork, cowl, food, capes, etc. (not listed here). For the shields, Lego might want to use any sort of random previous design for them, or have a sticker sheet with multiple choices, or, better yet, make an entirely new design! I don't know if some of the visor helmets count as two pieces, but I listed them as one. LEGO PLEASE LISTEN!

Now you're asking too much...
Seriously, I like your selection, and mine would be pretty close to that; however, I would take away the bat helmet, the santis helmet, the grill helmet, the warhat and the KK2 shields to add more bow & quivers and viking shields w/ handles. That would be a must-have pack to me.

Also the ornate pike are just so cool, I would love to see more of these included on new sets...
