My 50th MINI Model!

Bricks from Bricklink have finally arrived, and I have finished my 50th Star Wars MINI model!
Here it is.
The Modified hybrid YT-1300f/YT-1300p light freighter Millenium Falcon
Completed: April 25 2007
Scale: 1:284
It was pretty tricky. The front two 'wings' needed thinking. I figured it out after finding the 2 x 1 with 2 holes, but for that to happen I needed four 1x1x2/3 light grey slopes. If I had those I would have had this model finished days ago. But it came today. And I'm happy.
When I was building this, I was trying to make it as accurate as possible. That's why I used the official part for the round bits on the sides. Some of you might not like that, but I was trying to make it accurate, and that size actually fit into my model. But while I was making it, I thought, But MINIs aren't only supposed to be accurate. UCS is for that. MINIs should be cute and chunky! So, this model, is a hybrid of both (or so I planned it to be).
So the overall shape might not be that accurate, well, at least not as accurate as the official 'printed' one. But, we all know, that the Falcon's design is complicated and "a piece of junk" as one farmboy puts it.
Also, the quad laser cannons were impossible for this scale. Sorry, that part's not accurate.
I hope you guys like it.
please comment!
