Flesh Color Minifigs

Post by Athos »

Well, I got my first flesh color minifigs today... blech! My Marauder's Map kit came today. Not bad little sets, if it weren't for all the color issues. Though I think I have a potential use for a few of the flesh figs.

Anyway the Hippogriph is pretty cool. Will have to get a few more of them. The statue from the Marauder's Map is pretty cool too, though its base is different from all the other similarly shaped pieces (It has a stud in the bottom middle, not hollow like the rest... kind of odd).

What does that mean? There's a stud on the bottom of the plate/brick?

It is just like any 2x2 brick now. With that little hollow tube thing in the middle. Whereas all the other pieces like it are hollow inside.

I received yesterday two sets "Drago and Buckbeak", they are my 1st figs with pink flesh (Alas too much pink to make zombies), new gray clear and dark...
A symbol...
The hypogriffes are well but one of them has the wings which do not hold and its head moves. I could not use it...
They should not give parts which are not good...

Call Customer service and they will send you a new one.One of the only great things left about TLC is their customer service. At least they haven't forgotten that in their rush to destroy backward compatibility, classic set design and value.

After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.

The Harry Potter figures are flesh tone now? They look yellow in the catalog.
