Saw it on BS while browsing. There a set coming out I'm not aware of?

I believe that these images were on brickshelf over a year ago and were unproduced prototypes - a skeleton horse.

This looks realy weird. It does look like a skeloten horse. What is the thing on the horse though, and whats up with the trans blue cutlass?
