Events in Florida

Does anyone know of Lego-based events in the Southeast, particularly Florida? I've read of several events that sound great in other areas of the country, but nothing in this area.

One of our admins, Lenny (the Classic Castle City admin) lives in Florida. He has helped with events there. You can read about one event here:

Hey Cat,
where in Florida are you?

KK Quah (*the* Master of Japanese Castles) and Robin Werner (usually a trainhead, but with a burgeoning castle habit) are in the Tampa area.

I'm in Tallahassee (in the north) and spend a lot of time in Jacksonville (north east).

Dixielug is very active, they are Georgia, Alabama, etc - which for me (being in Tally) is close enough. Dixielug includes Eric Harshbarger, Chris Giddens, Steve Runnels, and a few other guys.
