What set did this guy come in?

Just wondering what set this guys face came in. www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=567414 its the two guys leading he prisoner.

That is from the Dr. Quirell minifig from the Harry Potter line. He is the guy in the purple cape and purple turban. It is a 2 sided head, one for Dr. Quirell and the other for Voldemort, the main villain in Harry Potter.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that head comes in 4702:

And it was so nice that they put this in a small set. So often one key fig is placed only in the one big expensive set (think Princess Leah, for instance). Sure, the rest of that set was lame, but I saw these on clearance for very cheap.

It also looks very much like the stingray heads. They are probably easier to come by.

But looking at those (move your mouse across the figs), they don't match. I'm pretty sure the head in question was You-Know-Who.
