How to get Old Grey (If you're fortunate enough)

Today I was in Target and I came across this bucket here: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=4107-1

It has a good selection of pieces and goes for only $20. I am satisfied with it and I think I got my money's worth. The Target in my area had about eight of them. Is this common or did I just get really lucky? If it is, it is a good bucket to aim for.
