The horror story...

Post by Green Fox »

First, I don't think this belongs in "stories", as it is to do with lego but not castle in particular. So here goes. I hope no-one takes this seriously.

I was walking down the street one rainy evening. As I passed the local pub, the Brick And Duck, a notice was taped to the window reading: "cult meeting in progress". I was shocked, but was intriuged and ventured inside. When I was inside, my eyes met an unspeakable horror. On the door of the gent's, a sign read "AFOMB meeting inside." i pressed my ear to the door and listened in:

"Hurry up! We need the modular "Dragons" display ready for Blockfest!"

"Come on! We need to beat the skate park display!"

"Megablocks this lack of studs!...Noooo!"

That was when it hit me. AFOMB=Adult Fans Of Mega Blocks... without warning, a crash was heard from the other side, and then silence. I ventured in. A huge pile of blocks littered the floor, and four people were buried under them. After conducting a hasty investigation, I found a 2 foot high Vorgan warrior made out of blocks, in a pool of kerosene with a lighter beside it. I cracked open the figure, and yellow castle knights poured out...

I never went there again...

Auurrgghhh... it shivers me timbers, matey...
Sitting in a midnight glade
Firelight dancing off burnished blade
A Forestman sits
Wondering about the next day
But after three mugs of ale
Let it bring what it may.

Scary. I hope you left those maniacs under the pile.
I build, therefore I am.

Brave words coming from a guy called grapenuts.
