do you need to bother with EVERY head? The ones you have made are great, but you don't need to do, say, a Timmy head.

Who is Timmy? And yes we do, maybe 1,000 years from know some one will want a head, and the poor guy does not want to pat 100+ for that head? Is Timmy that cross eyed guy?

Other head designs that would be interesting would be the many that have glasses and/or mic designs on them. Edit out those modern extras, and we could have a whole whack of unique and fun faces for castle. Also, the SW Darth Vader and Emperor features on yellow backgrounds would be great. Willa the Witch without the toothy grin. Alpha Team without the mics.

Hey Alan,
It's possible to do this directly from the heads. Brendan (of the Brick Testament) uses an exacto blade to make these:

I've actually used a pencil erase to get rid of Harry Potter's scar (dang Harry heads). It took a while, but it worked.
I'm guessing that it is possible to do this with dremel tools, too.

I have made two of the Ice Planet Heads already. See them in the Customs forum. I will start the stuntman head now.
Check out my Brickshelf gallery here:

Yup, I've used an eraser extensively, as my initial attempts at using an exacto knife weren't exactly satisfactory (pun intended). But the eraser is a "bulky brush" and finer work is a chore - if not outright impossible. So, stickers are a handy alternative (if someone else does the hard work for me )Bruce N H wrote:Hey Alan,
