I was watching the news (which is something I dont do alot :p) and the guy says.

"we have a artist we would like to show you, it's not painting, it''s not drawing,
it's something kids play with"

at that exact moment I thoguht "LEGO"

They show this guy in TN that made a uber small town out of lego with a train going around it with micro buildings (nothing specail :p)

and I'm like, "dude! I should be on the news!"

maybe someday they will show me on the news with my Tiger 1 tank

They should show my Xinjiang battle scene and call the news headline: "Lego's War on Terror"

I don't see why it would be deleted...

Anyway, I think it's awesome that they ran a story like that. It's something different and quirky, and television programming (especially as of late) is usually such a downer. That's why I don't even bother watching T.V. anymore.
On top of that, the fact that the story was specifically about the little plastic bricks that we all know and love makes the story even cooler. More people should be exposed to the amazing things that can be done with Lego. Most people don't consider Lego to be an art form, when we all know that it clearly is. In this case, the media was trying to demonstrate that. Instead of being branded as immature dorks that still play with childrens' toys, we're being called artists. I say that we should be grateful.
