It ran for two years (two different 'curators') in 2001 and 2002, but I believe it is now six feet under. A fun concept (and I even won a category), the links I have for it are toast.

It was a Halloween themed MOC contest. Deadlines were 31 October.

was it hosted by count Mockula? did he have a pet Mock turtle? If he were a supervillain would he instead be named Doctor Moctopus?

2001 was hosted by Sarah Mather (aka Matherette). It looks like she hasn't posted to Lugnet in three years:

2002 was hosted by James Markham. It looks like he hasn't posted on Lugnet in two years except earlier this year he was trying to reset his password.
