Files uploaded can be deeplinked to other sites immediately. The entire folder uploaded will not be publicly viewable until
it has been approved by the site moderator.

As I said in my fisrt post this was for school, so this actually is based on a short play I read called(Accomplices by James H. Norton) the blue guy is water and the gost is air.

I hope this answers the question.
