Question about making a new evil faction

Has anyone ever thought of making an evil army based on this head? If anyone has one, can you show what it looks like on an orc torso or something?
Also, will a flared helmet fit over it?

They're kind of expensive, so I figured I'd ask before I go out and buy a few on bricklink.

I've never tried putting a flare helmet on mine, but from the looks and feel of the piece, it doesn't seem that the flare helmet will fit without additional studs between the helmet and the head.

If I can locate one of mine(either the gold one or that one, since both come in the set) I'll take a photo on an orc torso.

The head piece doesn't actually fit inside the flare helmet without an extra stud.. I just checked.
But it does look kinda cool.
