Here are the instructions for the general model. You have to figure out your own adaptations though

I think we all started with the instructions provided for this set: http://www.brickset.com/detail/?set=3723-1 and then modified to create our unique designs. At least that is how I did it.

I used that also, but designed a studs up mosaic (seems to be my specialty) for the front of the torso.

A word of advice if you are going to build one, it eats up the plates and corner plates like nothing I've ever seen before...be prepare to shell out a lot on those..especially small plates.

Oh...and if you travel on a plane with one of these...your luggage will be searched. You can just hear the TSA agent going "Hey..this weirdo has a giant LEGO doll in her bag" and if you do as most would and remove the head and arms...you might hear "Whoa..this weirdo has a head in a bag!"

Blue is correct. It takes 132 of the 1x2 corner plates just for the head and hands... And about 60 of the 1x2 corner bricks. I was looking into making another and the cost is about $40 for just the hands and head...

Fortunately, I had almost enough of the pieces to do mine without having to order a ton...

Phew, that is quite an undertaking. Maybe I'll make a stone statue that size someday, if the parts don't make me broke first... It might look pretty cool.

Sounds like I need to make my hands out of dark tan. It seems like most of what I have in that color are 2x2 corner plates, lol.

I only got my legs/hips finished. Perhaps I'll be done by the time next BrickCon comes around :)
