SM2 Alpha Battlecruiser
SM2 Alpha Battlecruiser
SM2 Alpha - Cruiser
Final Length - 101 Studs (not counting the engine beams)
The SM2 Alpha is considered the best cruiser of the fleet, from its deadly arsenal of weapons, to its cloaking mechanism, and to its powerful engines. Capable of housing up to 20 gunships at once, the SM2 Alpha is a formidable cruiser. They are prized highly as covert destroyers, or as the flagship of a fleet. If you need an all around deadly cruiser, the SM2 Alpha is your ship.
Wow, what a journey this has been! This is definitely the largest creation that I have ever made, and what fun as well! I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of building the SM2 Alpha, and have grown in my love for the space genre. Thank you all for the great critiques that I have been receiving over the several weeks, they have been extremely helpful. Thank you to Simon and staff/judges for giving me the opportunity to dabble in this awesome, I hope to continue to dabble in it in the future!
Thanks for viewing, and enjoy!

I like this. It looks cool and uses colors I'm not used to seeing on LEGO spaceships.

SPACE!
I love the use of olive green. I'm a fan of the colour myself, and I'm happy to see that it's now widespread enough to enable fantastic MOC's like this, despite it's still limited palette.

Re: SM2 Alpha Battlecruiser
The ship looks absolutely superb. Fantastic use of building techniques to create a very, very convincing model You wish you could speak german, I wish I could build on this level. Lets call it even
Re: SM2 Alpha Battlecruiser
Thanks RedBrick! Haha, sure. Interesting thing enough, if you build more with your collection, and study other people's MOCs, over the years you will definitely improve. And I am starting to learn German, since i wanted to so badly. So yes, we're even.RedBrick wrote:The ship looks absolutely superb.
