Need help with MLCAD

I can render the two models that came with the LDRAW package but I can't get POV-Ray to render my MLCAD models. When I try to render them, in the bottom left corner of the screen it says "Parse Error: Expected 'object or directive', float function 'float constant found" and the rest is cut off. Here is the page that has the information about it but I don't completely understand it.

I am using the program L3PAO but I guess it doesn't always want to work with POV-Ray. I don't know what I should do now.
