Schloss Noppingen - A almost perfect MOC by Lemming
Hello!
Rainer 'Lemming' Kaufmann announced his new MOC on 1000steine. And if you wanna look at a almost perfect building you ought to look at this (it's in English):

This is a very very nice set. What he did with the windows and all the tiles on the floor gives it a very realistic feel. This creation seems very big. I wonder what it measures.

I could have built that, I just didn't want to!
That is mighty impressive. I did not even realize you could get sand green double concave slopes. Anyway, lots of detail, very nice, very big. I'll look at it some more when I'm not at work. The computer here is too slow.

That is an amazing MOC. The PaB in his area must have had a lot of sand green roof slope for sale the BL part listing does not show that the double concave corner was ever available in that color. An amazing amount of detail and an amazing amount of tile went into that MOC.
I would have to agree with Jojo, that has got to be one of the most perfect LEGO building I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing this with us Jojo!

After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.

Gets off of floor.
Thanks for the heads-up, Jojo. This is an amazing MOC. I was clicking around other parts of his website and it's all breathtakingly cool (plus a great site design). Perhaps my favorite thing from the whole site is this pic:

Although I didn't look at all the pictures in detail, I don't see any double concave slopes in the model. In fact, I think the builder built around it, as shown in the pic here:wlister wrote:That is an amazing MOC. You are right Bryan, those were the slopes I had thought were double concave, that is a genius way of creating a slope without having the slopes.Gumby wrote:Although I didn't look at all the pictures in detail, I don't see any double concave slopes in the model. Wow! Almost perfect?! Awesome! There are so many neat details, I'm not going to list them all, but my favorite bits are the top of the pillars above the main entrance, the bars in the front wall, the curtains inside the windows, and the use of the dino tooth part as a light above the signs on either side of the gate.
