Bill and Mary Idea Book?

I guess this is a very rare idea book, and I used to have a copy way back when. I might even still have the stickers from this book.
However, I cant seem to find that book.
Does anyone know where to find a scan of it?
I was making an elephant for the contest, and I wanted to see how mine compares to that book, since its one of my earliest influences..
