Legofreak gave me permission ( viewtopic.php?p=38531#38531 ) so if you don't like this thread then you can blame him
In 1994 we lived in Austria. For my wife's birthday we did a little tour of Wien (Vienna), finishing with dinner at Hundertwasser Haus. What's that, you may ask? (Go ahead, ask!)
Well, when rendered in Lego bricks it looks something like this:

(clarification: this is NOT my creation!)
When compared to the real thing, this fellow has done an awesome job.

Beautiful!
But the most beautiful thing is that red, yellow, and blue are really prominent. There's something about those colours standing out that says "LEGO" in a way that dark tones, sand tones, and a plethora of oranges and purples just can't pick up on.
I don't mind exhuming all these rotting corpses. It's nice to get a chance to see these otherwise-unknown-to-me relics.

Okay, I give. What the heck is that!? The lego version is cool and the "real" pics are cool and the whole thing is bizarre. What is that?footsteps wrote: In 1994 we lived in Austria. The term 'art gallery' really doesn't do it justice as the whole place is art. But it is a gallery - modern art of course. And it has a restaurant. And a shop or two. Things may have changed in the past 10 years (has it really been that long?).JoshWedin wrote:Okay, I give. What the heck is that!?
