Toy Fair

Post by Troy T. Moore »

Just wondering when it is? If I understand correctly, from what I have gleaned from various posts here, it is where the new sets will be "unveiled" and then public. Is that correct? Thank you.

I recently asked this question on fbtb.net and the response was February 15. Tim Saupe, the head honcho over there, goes to Toy Fair every year and posts pictures of all LEGO products (though he focuses on SW, of course), so watch FBTB sometime after the 15th for more.

At least for the past few years (the years I've paid attention to) it's been in NYC. There are similar events in other countries, too. I've seen pics of the new KK mega-figs from the French Toy Fair (they were linked in a thread either here or Lugnet, but I don't have the link any more).
