New HP minifigs...
I recently saw the new HP sets on the front page, and I noticed that the Minifigs are flesh colored - not the traditional yellow . Are these sets going to be released this way? I don't like it one bit.

Oh please, not another debate! Yes, I'm mad LEGO isn't sticking to traditional yellow (they never should have made black minifigs), but let's not start another discussion!

Actually, they look better now - I'm sure all the actors feel relieved that they are over their yellow fever.
Oh, hey, at least the smiley is still yellow.
My only problem is compatiblity with everything else.

They used flesh color for HP sets. They look not so bad. But I think that yellow is more appealing.
Look this picture:

They look sick.
But why are they yellow on the boxes ?

I have nothing wrong with debate, I participate in them often.Redaxe wrote:Also, if you don't like debates don't read the posts! There's nothing wrong with people stating their opinions!
It's just this subject has been done into the ground several times a C-C.com.

I have to agree with LordoftheLego. I love debates, you can find many posts where I am right in the thick of it. But this paticular point has been argued back and forth for several months now... Lets move on!

P.S. on the other hand, we do have quite a few new members in the last month or so that might not have had the chance to yell, scream, worry, pout, and otherwise voice opions about this subject, like the rest of us have.

We are here for what if it's not to talk ?
If we have to debate 5 times on the same subject, why not ?
And it's true there is new members.
Subject come back sometimes. But usually subject which is recurent as this one is a sign of an important questionment .
So the new minifig head is a problem for many people, so keep talking about it.
Nobody is obliged to respond again on the same subject, but we can't blame people talking about it again. They have something to say. It's really important to let other express there opinions. So keep talking.
And I'm agree. I don't like this inclusion of flesh color. It cause a social representation problem. Yellow didn't represent any race. I'll not stop saying it, until the problem is solve.

So, can I have all your Lego when you die? <ducks, runs for cover>akochan wrote: I'll keep arguing about them until Lego relents or I die.

Oh come on! Those flesh colored figs only come in the Licensed sets like HP, SW, and the pro-sports org. based ones like the NBA figs.
