If you could have a million of one set....
Hello fellow builders,
I have one question, if you could have one million (1,000,000) copies of 1 set, which would it be?
I would choose the Black Knight's Castle.

Or...
Sure, a million dollars worth of LEGO is fine, however, you don't get as good as a value that way! A million BK Castles is worth around 100 million!

Well, a million of any set that has one 1x2 brick in light gray, one 1x2 brick in dark gray, one each of a few different arch sizes in both light and dark gray, and one each of 2x1, 2x2, and 2x4 slopes in black and brown, and then one each of five different plate sizes in black, dark gray, light gray, and green. Oh, and one fig (any fig, assuming I can trade figs with people).
Search Peeron for those pieces and I'll take any set, even if it's something really wierd like a Belville or something and I have to throw the rest away. I think I could exist quite happily on a million each of each of the basic elements listed above.

I would say 3739 Blacksmith Shop because of the multitude of useful pieces. It doesn't have a knight, which is too bad. On the other hand, one million Blacksmith's wives...
I only went through sets Ben has done in the C-C Sets section, so when that is expanded, my decision might change, but for now, 3739 will do.

I would like the Black Knight's Castle, but ther's only so many black casles youcan build. I would go for the battering ram and/or the Royal Knights Castle. In the first, you get two factions and some good basic pieces, while with *1,000,000* of the second, you could build a rather large castle
Speaking of the battering ram, where is it on the "out of production sets" on the front page? It should be under the 1986 entry.

6080 of course, and then keep only 1/4 of the sets and sell 3/4 to others and with the money I was making buying 1/4 million of each of the following: 6074, 6067 and 6076/6087.
6080 - for the great wall and gray pieces and the great saddles
6074 - great roof pieces and yellow wall
6067 - great roof pieces and red walls
6076/6087 - the BURPs of course
from that I could probably make and amazing castle.
(and the bonus part is that I'll still have some money left for a few carts)

This is an easy one. If the 3033 is a legendary tub, then the 4400 should be treated as a deity.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

A MILLION boxes of Lego?
Okay, using the big AT-AT box 'cause it is sitting four feet away. 4 inches by 2 feet by, oh 1.5 feet (just short of those, but I feel mentally lazy). Ten foot ceiling means I can stack them 30 high. My living room is 10 boxes long by 13 wide (just slid the box around). 3,900 boxes. Let's round it up a bit for the nooks and crannies and call it 4000. Maybe 30,000 the entire house including the garage. That means I only have to warehouse 970,000 boxes!
