The comics were pretty funny, if a bit didactic. I guess that's the point though.

It's cool that they are paying more attention to AFOLs, though. This could mean good things.

In case anyone didn't read the post:

This is a project concieved by Jake McKee and Greg Hyland as a way to bring people into "the fold" for the online community. I know we've got a high amount of younger fans out here, so don't think too deeply about "AFOL" - you will all be AFOLs soon enough.

Greg Hyland is a great artist and a wonderful guy - he got his start in lego drawing at FBTB doing comics, and can be seen in select issues of LEGO Magazine.

I'm very excited about this project.

An excellent endeavour. I've downloaded a copy for my own edification. :wink:

I think it should be named: "The AFOL Truth" (I love plays on words).
