They look sloppily done too? Is that tape, or a poor glue job? The guy should have planned it better before the massacre. Also as previously stated the torso is not in proportion to the body! The design will uses looks much bettter and doesn't make a horse-lover cry.

Now THAT is good work.
I myself will accept nothing less than four-peg-legs on my centaurs. As a result, I have only one.

Well first I took a brown horse who was already ruined (the horse had really deep bite marks on its head and feet.) and proceeded to take it apart, which wasn't an easy task...Dragon Master wrote:how...did...you...do...it...?
After I got it apart I filled in the little bite marks on the leg's along with the inside of the leg's with some "Spot Putty". After that dried, I sprayed each leg with Grey Primer.
While the legs were drying I began looking over the horses head, (if you've ever taken a LEGO horse apart you'll notice the part of the head that is consealed inside the horse has a large ring on it.) so I got out my handy dremel and removed a large portion of the head (...grusome...) leaving almost nothing but the ring, then I grabbed an old minifigs Hips and removed the piece that connects to the leg's, after a little sanding of the bottom of the hips and figuring out where I wanted them to set, I super-glued them to the top of the ring.
After everything was completely dry, I snapped him back together, and proceeded to fill in the spot where the saddle goes with some more "Spot Putty" (sanding it down to get rid of the over hang). After that dried, I started work on the biggest problem, the centaurs waist area, again using lots more "Spot Putty" and sanding down to get the very nice curve in the back. After that was done, I sprayed the whole thing with Grey Primer, followed by a coat of Flat Black.
And Voila there you have it....
I apologize for the long winded post, but hey you asked.

Edit: If I might add, the end result is a little more heavier then a horse due to the "spot putty", but It's as solid as a rock.

Legolas -> Pretty work !!!
I've at the thought beginning that it was a new model invented by lego...
To carry out this, it is thus necessary :
- A hip of minifig (without the legs)
- A horse without the head
- A paste which dries and becomes hard
- Painting
It's right ???

Yes, thats right, however you may want a dremel to use for the cutting and sanding...To carry out this, it is thus necessary :

.....hmm some how I feel I've traveled a bit off topic here.....
Allow me to remedy the situation:

Maybe he will now start making 'horse men' to get rid of all those chopped of heads.
*And the bulls arrive in kk2*
Cedric the bull: "Hahaha Leo we're here to- wtf?"
*and the bulls see some happy knights bouncing at each other with carts*
Cedric (shocked): "I guess we got the wrong KK''
Bull soldier (frightened): "Lets go back"

COOL! If your gonna make "Horse-Men" or men with horse heads... could you sell them to me? I'd like to have those for my "Tikbalang", mythological creatures in the Philippines with the body of a man and a head of a horse.
