I think you have some great ideas going. The shields are looking really great! I believe the Griffin armor would work better with just a single Griffin in the middle, however I do like the footman with 2 griffins on the torso. I think the 2 griffins facing each other also work great on the priestess torso. Keep the creativity flowing.
