New Castle Torso's

Post by Roaglaan »

It's been a while since I did any designs related to the castle theme. So when I picked up one of the new kingdoms sets at TRU I had to do a couple. First I did my version of one of the official designs:

After that I thought the belt pattern might look good on one of my Dark Forest / Wolf Pack designs, so I did this:

Excellent work, as ever.

That is a really nice belt pattern! Those will quickly become some of my favorite torsos. Did you give the thickness to the ends of the belts or is that the way the design is? The only thing the design seems to be lacking is a keeper for the end loop but that's probably pretty minor when you see it at 5/8" wide. I can't wait to see what you do with some of the new designs.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Awesome stuff Roag. Good to see you work on the new stuff quickly. I know I can count on you if I end up with some of the pink torso ones in the new sets to come through with a back up plan  You know how big a fan I am of altering and mix-n-matching designs, and you've done a great job here.

He who thinks you should look at the box that says "Quaraga" if you want to find out his username (about as useful to you as his real name). he only wants you to look so he can laugh about you looking there because he's a total smart...
