Custom Plumes and Feathers??

Hello All! Long time lurker, first time poster.
Does anyone make custom plumes or replicate plumes similar to the single feather and triple plumes?

BrickForge has an item called the Double Plume that debuted at Brick World this year. It isn't it the store yet, but I suspect it will be soon. You can catch a glimpse of it in
this photo.

I don't really do customization, but Bricklink and a pocketknife can probably get you what you want.
Just a suggestion.
