Sallet

Post by Lord Shatowa »

I've always liked sallets, posting photos of them would be nice.
Here are my 2 versions

I think the idea of a sallet has popped up as wishful thinking in one or two places in this forum before. It's nice to see someone take a stab at making one. It looks like you started with one of the Star Wars rebel helmets. I wonder if an emory board might help smooth over some of the chip marks where you altered the piece. Thanks for sharing your idea.

On top of just smoothing out the piece, I think also painting it over and maybe moving the visor to a more acute degree would improve the looks it has now to something even greater. :)
