You are quite right.....
Since everyone is at least a little bit different, then it follows that only one person can be completely normal (thus, everyone but that lucky normal person is at least a little bit crazy), but since only one person is normal, he's different (aka CRAZY) too.
Thus, the whole world is crazy!
