After reading a book in history class about Gothic plate armor, I decided to make my own

I like the besagews. 8)

Does the armour allow the minifig its normal range of movement or is its articulation restricted?

Really neat, and accurate too.

I too am wondering this. Also, how connected are the parts of armor? Are they able to come off easily, or are a lot of them connected to one another?

The articulation is very restricted. You can move the legs slightly, but the arms are non moveable. The helmet can come off, but other than that most of the armor is connected to the figure.

Royalbrickcustoms: the breastplate, helmet and base fig are official lego, the vambraces and greaves are Brickwarriors, the waist armor is brickforge, and everything else is sculpted using sculpy.

Classic look on the armor, good for a palace guard or something. Nice Job.

I'm not a big fan of the subject material at all(I'll take a nasal helm and chain mail any day), but this is very well executed. :D
