Two words come to mind: good luck.

Without looking at actual sizes to see if these would fit:

Use the grill from the grilled helmet (oooo, now I have to have a grilled cheese sandwich). Take one bat-wing helmet, liberally whack away at any wing-portion you don't like. Then comes the hard part of cutting out a portion that matches the grill. Glue together. If you are really good, make it so that it is a moveable visor.

As in from where? From when? From which specific armorer? It's probably something that Terry Gilliam came up with or left over from some prop house in Britain. I can't say that I know of any historical prototypes quite like it as a whole.

I had heard some time ago, that it was a prototype helm
Lego was thinking of making, but scrapped it.

This info did come from a reliable source.

You know you're a good person when you see megablocks and have to do things you would rather not.
