Minifig Customization Network

Post by Glencaer »

You guys may have heard about this before, but incase you haven't:

Isaac Yue (Red Bean) and Kaminoan have started a new LEGO website dedicated to Minifig Customization. The site has its own forum, but what really makes it special are all of the extra features. The site has sticker templates, exhibition of some of the best minifig customizations around, a look at LEGO and Non LEGO (MegaBloks, BestLock, Oxford) fig accessories, and much more.

Two CC members are active over there: Ramus and Recluce Mage - and they are eager and happy to answer any of your customization questions.

Thanks for the intro Glencaer. For those of you that don't know, Ramus is admin for the site, and I'm a moderator, so if you have any problems registering, navigating, etc. just send me a pm and I'll get right on it.

The forum has varied topics, and even a vignette section. Many templates and how-to articles make this your one-stop-shop for minifig customization, whether it is from a hack-and-slash or a purist approach. I think everyone over there would be happy to help you out with the CCC3, as we all were not so patiently awaiting its announcement.

Three CC members. I'm an active member at MCN as well, and was active on their original forums before I joined Classic-Castle.

The site is probably too overused or got server problems of late, Ive been unable to reach it too, it ended up with me only making the warsuit of one of my characters when I needed good examples on making dresses...

We're actually in the middle of a server transfer as I type. We're hoping it makes things faster and better for all the users!

Heh heh heh... it's funny to hear red beans name like that. :P Yep, he is a pretty popular customizer here at CC, and of course at MCN.

Hope the servers are up and sizzling in no time.
