Ahhh.... Images staying on the screen are over rated!

Seriously, I am currently working on a site update.
The image scaling is fixed (ie all the images actually look good now). Also there are a few new tweaks to the forum, site navigation and the theme.

I think that people will be happy with what they see.

Keep checking back.

I agree. Sometimes I go to one of the sites, maybe it is the old address and it redirects me after a couple seconds to a main page.
Reading one of redbean's guides I had to copy paste the screen just to get the info! (or using the google cache usually works as well)

MCN really is the best. The really only annoying thing is that it goes down for maintenance just as I finish two minifigures. :( Ah, oh well. Hope the site update goes well.

MCN's back up.

Quite a few improvements & changes.
Site speed should be MUCH better than previous.

Sorry it took so long. See you there.

I tried to go to the site, I can't connect. Bandwidth issues?

There is currently an issue with displaying MCN using Internet Explorer.

There is a conflict with the Caching system. Working on a fix.

In the meantime, try using firefox or similar.

Is this site dead? The message has been there for a long time.

Just though I'd post a link for those that reading this and are wondering if the site is working. Some great stuff has been added and it has been a while since this was mentioned last. It is up and running.

Yes, but the forums didn't return with it.

Darn shame, frankly. The 'ol place started me on customization. :(

Well I suppose you could discuss them here on the CC? I think the resources on the MCN are great even without the forum.

True. The resources are good. But the forums and the people made it what it was, it seems to me.

Ah, well...

I have to agree with Chaotic Good. I've searched for 10 minutes to find the forum, but I just couldn't find them. I liked it much more with the forums, because the forums got me into customizing, and I've met a lot of people there. It was a sort of inspiration for me when i builded things, just like CC...

Here's the infamous 'me too' post.

I found the forums were full of all sorts of crafty goodness. I was just going to search through the forums about painting on minifigs. Obviously it's been a while since I went to read...

Is there a place where a majority of the people from those forums go to now? And if not, would there be room for something like that here?
Is there already that I just haven't searched for yet ;)

Many of them have come to BrickForge. :)
